Yes you can contact us if you require a custom size.

Our products are manufactured and engineered at the highest standard, which is why we offer a 5 year guarantee.

Planning permission is not required as a Veranda is not a room and can be classed as a removable structure.

We offer our installation services throughout most of Leinster but do not travel outside of this fitting zone due to the number of installations we need to carry out locally. We can offer some of our Veranda range as a self assembly range but only offer this as a service where the client has an experienced tradesperson employed as we want to ensure that your new Veranda is finished to the highest quality level. We do not offer our glass roof Verandas as a self assembly product.

The veranda is screwed to the base pads. This can be a concrete base, existing concrete platform or we can also offer a prefabricated concrete pad. Please note that this unit should not be fixed directly to paving slabs or uneven ground.

The roof has a wall-plate profile that is screwed to the house wall, this is then sealed using a silicone sealant.

Please see the technical guide for measurements, if your roof is too low, the Veranda can be lowered by reducing the length of the upright posts.

This will depend on the time of the year, please note we also often have preseason offers and also at certain times of the year we offer a flexifit promotion discount for clients who are not in a hurry for installation.

Most of our Verandas can be installed in just 2 days once the foundation pads have been installed.
