The Vesta Veranda series with glass roof covering is a very good choice if you are looking for an elegant look with maximum light. This veranda comes with up 8 mm clear laminated glass, which makes the surface appear even more spacious.
We also have a Polycarbonate roof option with a sophisticated, strong and robust build, perfect for any weather situation.
Veranda Overview
The Vesta veranda is our Premium Veranda offering. Just consider how our Veranda range will enhance your use of the garden, your enjoyment of the outdoors and the pleasure of having additional entertaining space for family and friends.
The real everyday benefit of our Veranda is the convenience of being able to go out to your back garden and enjoy your cup of the coffee without all the usual hassles: check the weather, dry the patio table, dry the chairs, find the cushions for the chairs and then you sit down and notice all the winter grime on your paving.
When your new Veranda is installed you can leave your furniture out all winter, your table will be dry, your patio clean, the BBQ will not be rusting and the kids bikes and garden toys will be dry.

Roof Glazing
The Vesta Veranda offers a choice of three roof glazing materials.
Glass Roof: Our most popular glazing is our 8.8mm clear laminated safety glass. The glass roof offers the advantage of no loss of natural light to the internal rooms. You will also benefit from the unobstructed views out through the roof. We glaze all our glass roofs in single sheets of glass over the full depth, this means that there will be no un-sightly joins in the roof that could leak or attract moss leaving you with a sleek streamlined roof finish. Please note that the maximum depth we can offer with a glass roof is 3500mm into the garden.
16mm Clear Polycarbonate : Our clear polycarbonate roof offers the advantage of being able to span further distances due its weight and the fact that it is unbreakable so we can offer a polycarbonate roof option projecting up to 5000mm into the garden. The polycarbonate will also offer some privacy due to its opaque makeup so is very suitable for homes in built up areas that may be overlooked.
16mm Opal Polycarbonate : The Opal polycarbonate roof offers all of the benefits of the clear polycarbonate but the milky white colour offers total sun protection to clients who want to block UV light and create a safer environment for children to play.
Guttering
The Vesta Veranda has a choice of two gutter options, the Vesta and the Vesta Plus. Both options offer fully concealed gutters so no nasty gutter brackets, no sagging gutters.
The downpipe is concealed within one of the upright posts and this can be connected underground to your existing rainwater system so gutters or downpipes are visible, This creates a very neat finish.
The Vesta Plus gutter system is a heavier steel reinforced gutter and ring beam allowing a longer span between posts, this option will reduce the number of posts required.
Maintenance Free
All of our Veranda’s are totally maintenance-free other than the usual cleaning., As standard, we finish all our roofs on the exterior with aluminium cappings to ensure a lifelong finish. The main structure is powder coated aluminium so there is no fear of rust and the structure will simply require a wipe down once or twice a year to keep it looking pristine.
Foundations
All verandas must be securely anchored to a concrete foundation base. Fixing to a paved patio or a timber deck is not recommended. If you are considering building a new patio then this should be built after the Veranda has been installed as the paving will need to be cut in around the Veranda posts.

Our Veranda prices are determined by a number of factors which include
- Whether we can use a standard size or whether a customised size needs to be manufactured.
- Whether we have to make alterations to suit pipe work, overhanging roofs etc
- The length of time we will be on site fitting the veranda
- Whether we are required to build foundation pads or if the clients patio contractor will be providing these
- Whether we can install on a date to suit our schedule or if you are flexible with your daily schedule.
Our Vesta Veranda with polycarbonate roofing ranges in size from 3m by 2m up to 8m by 5m and larger and range in price from €6000-€12,000, all prices are quoted including VAT.
The glass roof option is also available from 3m by 2m up to 8m by 3.5 and larger and range in price from €6,800 to €12,000 (Please note 3.5m is the maximum depth we can offer with a glass roof.)

Our products are manufactured and engineered at the highest standard, which is why we offer a 5 year guarantee.
Planning permission is not required as a Veranda is not a room and can be classed as a removable structure.
We offer our installation services throughout most of Leinster but do not travel outside of this fitting zone due to the number of installations we need to carry out locally. We can offer some of our Veranda range as a self assembly range but only offer this as a service where the client has an experienced tradesperson employed as we want to ensure that your new Veranda is finished to the highest quality level. We do not offer our glass roof Verandas as a self assembly product.
The veranda is screwed to the base pads. This can be a concrete base, existing concrete platform or we can also offer a prefabricated concrete pad. Please note that this unit should not be fixed directly to paving slabs or uneven ground.
The roof has a wall-plate profile that is screwed to the house wall, this can then be sealed using a silicone sealant.
Please see the technical guide for measurements, if your roof is too low, the Veranda can be lowered by reducing the length of the upright posts.

This will depend on the time of the year, please note we also often have preseason offers and also at certain times of the year we offer a flexifit promotion discount for clients who are not in a hurry for installation.
